What you’re choosing from
The Angus steers we have to offer are yearlings (born in the spring of 2024) weighing 800-900 lbs. on the hoof. 100% lean healthy meat locally raised, locally processed with none of the bad stuff. Just the way it should be!
Our pricing structure is based on the hook,
On the hook means hanging weight, which is the weight of the steer after harvest without head, hide, or organs.
Our current average is 500 -650 lbs whole hanging weight over the last year, the result of going through a drought.
We are expecting our averages to be higher this coming year, and we will update this as we go through the year.
$8.25 lb. for a whole beef
$8.75 lb. for a half beef
*We do not offer a quarter option anymore due to pricing and splitting issues.
We do suggest you check out our beef box options if you are interested in a smaller amount of meat.
To secure your order we do require a down deposit, no refunds available unless stated otherwise.

The details
We believe true quality products need amazing care from start to finish. That’s why we to strive to work with well know and trusted local processors to insure our beef gets the best treatment it’s entire journey. Each steer will be aged 14 days to enhance the flavor and tenderness of our meat, then our product will be individually processed and packaged with care.
We're really excited for people to be able to find local food that they feel confident is safe and healthy for their families. Historically, the last 50 to 60 years has been the first time we are so separated from the source of our food. I know for our families the more local, fresh, and less processed food I eat, the better I feel. We want to have a relationship with the consumers of our beef, and for you to know where and how your beef was raised. It’s important for health conscious consumers who care where their food is sourced to feel confident that it is safe and ethically raised. We look forward to these Ranch days, and welcome you to come visit us when you're in the area!
